NewsWatch is a live, student-run broadcast that airs from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays on Channel 99. The 30-minute show is the only local newscast generating news directly to and for Ole Miss, Oxford and Lafayette County. The broadcast is repeated each evening at 10 p.m. on Channel 99.

 

NewsWatch provides students with extraordinary hands-on experience. We offer paid positions as anchors, producers, assignment editors, sports anchors, reporters, camera operators, directors, audio engineers, graphic designers and more.
