Participating in Recruitment is an extremely fun and exciting time, however it does require that Potential New Members plan ahead in order to meet the different registration deadlines. If you are attending Ole Miss in the fall and planning on participating in the Recruitment process make sure to read the information provided on this page. It will help you in planning your calendar and meeting the Recruitment deadlines. Phi Mu looks forward to seeing you in the fall!

Thursday, September 27	Philanthropy Party
Friday, September 28	Skit Party
Saturday, September 29	Preference Round
Sunday, September 30	BID DAY!

What does Phi Mu require of me before Recruitment?

1. A letter of recommendation written by a Phi Mu alumnus

2. A high school transcript showing your cumulative GPA (and a college transcript if summer school courses were taken)

3. A resume with a picture that shows any activities involved in, hobbies, interests, and any Greek affiliations you may have.

How can I get a recommendation?

If you do not personally know an alumnus of Phi Mu, then visit our national webpage at www.phimu.org and search for an alumni chapter in your area.  Contact this chapter and ask them to please write you a recommendation for Phi Mu at The University of Mississippi.  You can send them your resume, picture, and transcript and they will send it all on to Phi Mu at Ole Miss.  If you absolutely cannot obtain a recommendation but would still like for Phi Mu to know that you are participating in Recruitment, then send us your transcript, picture, and resume.  This information can be sent to the address below.
