Counseling Center

For those who find cutting down or quitting smoking particularly challenging, the UM Counseling Center offers various counseling options to help with reducing tobacco use, tobacco cessation, and managing cravings and stress. Students who are enrolled in at least six hours may access these services for free. Employees are entitled to 8 free counseling sessions.
