Senator Bruce moved to accept the minutes. Senator Bush seconded the motion. Motion passed without dissent.
II. Proposal from the Faculty Senate Executive Committee on “What To Do Next with the Results of the Provosts Review”
Senator Winkle moved to close the meeting to executive session and Senator Willett seconded. Motion passed with 24-for 2-against 2-abstain

Recommendation: The 3 campus libraries will have three copies of the Provost’s review to be placed on reserve, this idea was initiated by Joe Urgo. Documents will only be available for checkout to faculty members.
Senator Adler moved to adopt the exec committee’s recommendation with one change: instead of a “personnel issue” insert a “sensitive issue”
Seconded by Senator Scott
Senator Scott retracted his Second.
Senator Laurenzo made a the motion for Faculty to be given access to survey results upon request to the Faculty Senate Chair
Seconded by Senator Adler
Voted on by Secret Ballot
15-for 9-against
Access will be provided by contacting Senate Chair, Ed Acevedo.
Senator Adler moved that the Faculty Senate make public the cover letter and the breakdown of the results of the survey with the data in table form
Senator Foulkes-Levy seconded the motion
Senator Scott moved the question

Senator Winkle moved to accept the proposed slate
