April 5 - 6, 2013
Ole Miss is pleased to host the 2013 SPS Zone 10 Meeting this April 5-6. This will be a somewhat unusual Zone 10 Meeting, because it will actually be a joint meeting of SPS Zone 10, the Mississippi Association of Physicists, and the MidSouth Acoustical Society of America chapter. This SPS/MAP/MASA meeting will feature plenary and parallel sessions, tour of the National Center for Physical Acoustics, visit to the University Museum which houses an impressive collection of antique physics equipment, and Friday night banquet, public lecture, and physics scavenger hunt across campus.
