Brief Bio
Fannye E. Love is currently Associate Dean of the School of Education, NCATE Coordinator, and Professor of Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Love received her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis in reading and early childhood from Kansas State University, her Masters of Education in Reading from The University of Mississippi, and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi Valley State University. Dr. Love’s research interests include areas related to parenting, classroom management, school violence, diversity, and urban education. She has presented and published numerous articles on the above topics. Dr. Love holds positions on several national boards and committees.
