Brief Bio
Jacqueline Marie Mott is an adjunct instructor in the Department of Teacher Education as well as a third grade teacher in Northeast Mississippi. Mott's career began as a reading specialist for students with dyslexic tendencies where she received intensive training in the implementation of multisensory teaching. She has coauthored on the assessment of phonological and morphological awareness as well as participated in research of which she presented at a national conference. Mott is a graduate of The University of Mississippi with a master's degree in Literacy Education.
