Myriam Kornisch

Biography

Dr. Kornisch is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders and a faculty member in the Neuroscience program at the University of Mississippi. Her general research interests are in cognitive neuroscience.

She specializes in (1) neurogenic communication disorders and (2) bilingualism. She has completed her PhD at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Montreal Neurological Institute and McGill University (Canada). In addition, Dr. Kornisch has worked as a clinician/clinical supervisor in New Zealand and Germany.
