Brief Bio
Kaye Pepper is Director of Assessment for the School of Education and an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Pepper received her Ph.D. from Mississippi State University in 1997. Following 2 years as an assistant professor at Louisiana Tech University, Dr Pepper took a position of Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi in 1999. She was promoted to Associate Professor in 2005. Dr. Pepper has published several articles in educational journals. Her interests lie in program evaluation and use of results for program improvement and the leadership role organizational change. Dr. Pepper teachers graduate classes in educational research.
