The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Phillip W. Broadhead Clinical Professor and Director Criminal Appeals Program Clinical Professor and Director of the Criminal Appeals Program The University of Mississippi School of Law 3071 Robert Khayat Law Center Post Office Box 184 University, Mississippi 38677 Phone: (662) 915-5560 Email: pwb@olemiss.edu Professor Broadhead has over 35 years of criminal trial and appellate litigation experience in state court cases ranging from youth court to the death penalty while serving as the Marion County (MS) Public Defender and an Assistant Hinds County (MS) Public Defender. He is a past president, member of the Board of Directors, and life member of the Mississippi Public Defenders Association, and has served on the faculty of the MPDA Trial School, a trial advocacy teaching institute (created in conjunction with the Mississippi Judicial College and in cooperation with The University of Mississippi School of Law) designed to enhance the courtroom skills of criminal defense attorneys Mr. Broadhead was a member of the Mississippi Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules for fourteen years and also served on the Technology Committee of the Mississippi Bar Association from 2000-04. Before joining the faculty as a clinical professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law, he was an adjunct professor at Mississippi College where he taught litigation in the paralegal department. Phillip W. Broadhead is a 1981 graduate of Mississippi College School of Law and received his B.A. in political science from Mississippi State University in 1977.
