The subject of the matter is capital punishment. The death penalty is one of the world's most intense and dabatable ordeals. Capital punishment is a death sentence, which a judge or jury renders to a person convicted of something society regards as an extremely serious crime(felony). The purpose of the research is only to inform the reader of selected dimensions for a better understanding of the death penalty. This is not a persuasive paper, the researcher did not render any opinionated statements throughout the paper.
