The shuttle driver did wait on us in Frankfurt even though we were late. We had a Mercedes minivan-like vehicle. Below is a picture of the traffic on the Autobahn.

Unlike in the United States, the gauges in cars only had metric units--no English units at all. I didn't realize how fast 160 km/hr was until I slide behind the wheel of my Maxima back in the States; 160 km/hr = 100 mph. Really, 160 km/hr did not feel that fast when when other cars are flying past you...
