Sample Submission Guidelines

Before proceeding to the submission page, please read over the following guidelines:

-Make sure you download a submission form each time you submit samples as the form may have changed

-Note the sample weight requirements in the table on the submission page, there are minimum AND maximum mg requirements

-Provide a Sample Name and Sample Code for ALL of your samples

-When you enter the mg of the sample you provided (without "mg") if it is highlighted yellow, you have most likely provided too much or too little, please change appropriately
