Biography
Laurie W. Fleming, PharmD, FASHP
Dr. Fleming is a Clinical Professor and Director of Professional Experience Programs and Experiential Affairs with the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY-1 Residency in Ambulatory Care at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2008 and subsequently developed a pharmacist-led, inpatient diabetes management consult service at Mississippi Baptist Health Systems from 2008-2010. More recently, she practiced at the G.A. Carmichael Family Health Center in Canton, Mississippi from 2011-2017 and the University of Mississippi Medical Center Endocrinology Clinic in Jackson, Mississippi from 2017-2018. During this time, she also served as the Program Director of the University of Mississippi PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program. Dr. Fleming is a Fellow of both the Mississippi Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
