Accounting and Procurement Services

The Office of Accounting is responsible for the formulation and implementation of financial and accounting policies, procedures and reporting.

The Office of Accounting functions include general and sponsored programs accounting.

Financial data are reported to the Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, and other individuals and agencies for use in making management decisions affecting daily operations and long-range planning.

The Office of Procurement Services is committed to providing efficient, cost effective, courteous, and professional service to the University community and its suppliers.

The Faculty Senate makes recommendations to the Chancellor and Academic Council on policies that affect the University. 

The University of Mississippi has certain Policies Affecting Faculty.

Faculty Policies can include (but aren't limited to) Academic Standing, Textbook Assignments, and Online Testing Policies. 

The Office of the Provost manages all aspects of the University of Mississippi's academic enterprise, encompassing budgets, faculty affairs, policies, accreditation, governance interactions, planning, student services, research, and diversity programs.
The Office of the Registrar oversees the registration of students for classes, recording of class grades on official university records, maintaining and supplying transcripts of students’ academic work and processing course withdrawals
The Chancellor's Standing Committees play key roles in advising the Chancellor on issues such as academic affairs, finance, strategic planning, and many others.

The Center for Student Success and First-Year Experience promotes student success through comprehensive, multifaceted, and dynamic initiatives to ensure a quality collegiate experience for our diverse student population.
The Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) at the University of Mississippi exists to address student behavioral concerns may include (but aren't limited to) threats, violent behavior, or threats of suicide. 

The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) provides comprehensive assistance and support for our international community.

ISSS works closely with various campus and community partners to ensure that international faculty, scholars, employees and their families can achieve their personal and professional goals while at UM.
