Utility Failure

Before

Be mindful of circumstances that could cause a power failure (i.e., high winds, stormy weather, etc.)

Beginning or During

On Campus

• Stay away from downed power lines.
• Notify the Facilities Management (662) 915-7087.

Off Campus

• Stay away from downed power lines.
• Notify the local utility company.
• Keep flashlights and batteries available.

Afterward

Wait for power to be restored and stabilized.
