Dr. Michael Barnett is Chair & Professor of Lighting Design in the Department of Theatre & Film at the University of Mississippi.
Research Interests
Dr. Barnett's areas of specilization include lighting design, sound design, computer-aided design, and history of lighting design in Europe and the US.
Biography
Dr. Barnett received his BA in College Scholars from the University of Tennessee and a MFA in Lighting Design from Florida State University. Previously, Micahel served as Assistant Professor of Theatre at Tennessee Statue University.
