OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss Dining Services plans to open a new Chick-fil-A location in the Gertrude C. Ford Ole Miss Student Union just in time for the start of the spring semester.

Chick-fil-A will occupy a prime spot on the second floor with a full-service menu.

The existing location on the first floor of the Student Union will close Monday (Dec. 16) to allow for renovations and preparations for the new space. The expanded location will feature Chick-fil-A's signature menu items, including breakfast offerings, classic sandwiches, spicy offerings, wraps, salads, sides and milkshakes.

"We are excited for the enhanced CFA menu options and much larger space," said Chip Burr, director of Ole Miss Dining Services. "I can't wait to complete this project and deliver on our commitment to enhancing the student dining experience."

The grand opening on Jan. 20 will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and special promotions and activities throughout the day.
