Celebrating Now & Ever's Historic Success

This historic achievement, the largest campaign ever for our university as well as in the state of Mississippi, happened because thousands of people like you made it possible.

This incredible 10-year journey, publicly launched in 2021, is a testament to the campaign’s nearly 95,000 devoted donors and enthusiastic supporters, unified through belief in our mission and dedication to investing in our people and our future.

An added highlight of this remarkable campaign is that our university’s endowment has surpassed $1 billion. This places us in a highly select group of peer institutions and further strengthens how we advance our university’s life-changing work and serve our students. 

Now & Ever has transformed our excellence in unprecedented ways, including how we:

• Build tomorrow’s leaders through 367 new scholarship endowments totaling $208 million that now support thousands of current and future students annually, with programs spanning all corners of our campuses.
• Advance academic excellence with dozens of new endowed chairs and professorships totaling $23 million and major capital investments in transformational educational buildings like the Jim and Thomas Duff Center for Science and Technology Innovation.
• Strengthen health care for Mississippi through facilities that improve the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s ability to provide advanced, lifesaving care like the $100 million in private funds gifted to help build the Sanderson Tower at Children’s of Mississippi, plus the active $125 million campaign to help build a new home for the UMMC Cancer Center and Research Institute.
• Elevate Ole Miss athletics programs through state-of-the-art facilities like our new Ole Miss Softball Stadium and renovated Olivia and Archie Manning Athletics Performance Center.
• Accelerate discovery and innovation with new research centers, enhanced laboratories and partnerships that establish Ole Miss as a leader in addressing challenges like community safety through the Center for Evidence-Based Policing and Reform and constructive dialogue through the Center for Practical Ethics.

These contributions, and so many others, elevate how Ole Miss will continue to serve Mississippi, our nation and the world in ways we could only imagine when this campaign began. You have made it a reality, and the impact will be felt for generations to come
