Game Day Spirit Starts with Flagship Fridays

On Flagship Fridays, we put that spirit on full display, and employees are encouraged to support our student-athletes and our athletic programs by wearing our school colors and apparel. It is part of how we Game Day the Ole Miss Way and how we represent our institution with pride and positivity.

Quick reminders:

• Spirit apparel should be clean, neat and appropriate for the work performed by the individual employee and within department standards.
• Some settings, activities and events may require business professional or business casual dress.
• Safety standards associated with employee dress should not be compromised.
• Any questions about the appropriateness of spirit attire may be directed to your supervisor or to Human Resources.

So wear your colors, bring your passion and show up for our student-athletes and programs all season long.
