UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Brief Bio

Christiana Christodoulou, Ph.D. is a Research Assistant Professor of Linguistics. Her educational background is: Ph.D. in Linguistics: Neurolinguistics and Morphosyntax, University of British Columbia M.A. in Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics, University of Essex B.A. in English Language and Literature, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her teaching and research interests are Experimental: First Language Acquisition, Typical or Atypical Language Development, Genetic Disorders, Language and the Brain, Neurolinguistics, Psycholinguistics Theoretical: Morphology and Syntax Specifically Functional Categories (i.e. case, tense, person number, aspect, etc.) and Subjunctives, Interface Effects Across Different Linguistic Domains (e.g. interface between morphosyntax and phonetics).
