Biography
Jennifer Williams holds a master’s degree in Accountancy from Western Carolina University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Dramatic Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Ms. Williams grew up in western North Carolina and has since lived throughout the United States. She currently works in financial services and has taught accounting at the university level since 2012. Ms. Williams banking background gives her a unique perspective on financial statements and business analysis. Her primary research interests focus on the differences between large and small financial institutions and how those differences influence accounting information. She enjoys hiking, running, and long walks in general
