Research Interests
Broadly, my research examines how accounting information impacts capital market participants, particularly in areas of importance to regulators and standard setters.
Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi's Patterson School of Accountancy. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Alabama in 2024. Before earning my doctorate, I worked in assurance for three years in Ernst & Young's New Orleans office. I am an active CPA in Louisiana and Alabama. I received my Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
