Residence Halls

Four types of student residences are available: traditional residence halls, contemporary residence halls, residential colleges, and apartments.

Traditional Halls

Two new roommates sit at their desks in their new dorm room in Crosby Hall.

Our six traditional halls offer classic residential experiences. Each building has a unique set of amenities. Community bathrooms are conveniently located on each floor or wing.

Contemporary Halls

Our newest residence halls feature in-room bathrooms as well as amenities such as community kitchens, large lounges, and spacious study rooms.

Residential Colleges

Our residential colleges (RC) offer students an enriching experience. These family-style communities include faculty fellows who live in the buildings and host events and activities for members.

The RCs have all of the amenities included in our contemporary halls as well as libraries, classrooms, and the RC Marketplace dining facility.

Apartments

We offer a variety of room types to meet your needs.

Occupancies

Double Room: Available for two occupants; two sets of furniture; community bathroom in a traditional hall, in-room bathroom in contemporary hall or residential college; available in all residence halls and residential colleges.

Large Double Room: Available for two occupants; two sets of furniture; additional space or amenities that vary by room (may include in-room bathroom or walk-in closet); community bathroom in traditional hall; available in Brown Hall, Crosby Hall, Hefley Hall, Stewart Hall.

Triple Room: Available for three occupants; three sets of furniture; community bathroom in traditional hall, in-room bathroom in contemporary hall; available in Martin Hall, Stockard Hall, Residence Hall 2, Residence Hall 3.

Single Room: Available for one occupant; one set of furniture, in-room bathroom; only available in residential colleges.

Suites

Double Suite: Available for two occupants; furnished private bedrooms with shared bathroom; only available in residential colleges.

Quad Suite: Available for four occupants; furnished private bedrooms with two shared bathrooms; furnished living area; only available in residential colleges.

Apartments

Through partnerships with faculty, LLCs give you opportunities to connect with your peers through events and activities designed for you in specific academic programs.

You’ll enjoy activities outside of the classroom, tailored to your interests. You’ll live among your peers and participate in staff-led events to help you succeed.
