Why did you apply to Principal Corps? What do you expect to gain from this experience?
I have witnessed how strong, empathetic leadership can transform a school into a place where students, educators, and families feel valued, supported, and engaged. It is my belief that good leadership is the catalyst for lasting and impactful change. This belief drove my application to the Principal Corps program. My long-term goal is to serve as a principal who is inclusive, grows educators, and guarantees that every student has access to top tier opportunities.
Being a member of the Principal Corps cohort will deepen my understanding of the educational environment and add to the development of my perspective as an educator, who is committed to data and community driven change. I am ready to face the challenges and opportunities ahead with confidence that this next step in my education will provide me with the skills necessary to make a positive impact on the future of education.
