Why did you apply to Principal Corps? What do you expect to gain from this experience?
I applied to Principal Corps because I’m deeply interested in educational equity and the role that strong leadership plays in shaping student outcomes. Through this program, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of what effective school leadership looks like in practice.
