Why did you choose your major?

I chose exercise science because I love learning about the body and how it works as well as how exercise and mobility improves our bodies function.

What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?

My advice to incoming freshmen is to ask for help when you need it! Your professors, advisors, TAs, and all university faculty are here to help you succeed, so if you ever fall behind or need a little extra help, use your resources and lean on the community around you!
