What made you choose the University of Mississippi?

I chose to further my education at the University of Mississippi not only because of its great academic reputation, but also because the campus, people, culture, and traditions were something I had looked forward to experiencing all of my life. With multiple family members attending Ole Miss before me, I never felt pressured to attend Ole Miss but felt as if it was where I would feel most at home.

Why is the School of Business Administration a special place?

The Business School as a whole is truly devoted to supporting, coaching, and encouraging its students to succeed. Whether it be an internship, job, an A in a difficult class, or financial support to students. The Business School puts its students at top priority. Personally, I was awarded $6,000 last Spring at the Gillespie Business Plan Competition to support the building up of my LLC.

What class has had the most impact on you?

Management 493 with Dr. Novicevic. The content of the class was interesting but what really stuck out was the tough love that Dr. Novi showed to us students. Although in class he was blunt, honest, and intimidating; outside of class he was kind, caring, and held us to a high standard.

What has been one of your most memorable moments at UM?

Snow Week our freshman year! Being from Texas, I have never seen that much snow and it sticks so it was definitely mind-blowing and such a fun week!

What are you hobbies outside of school?
