    My name is Jamie Hajek and I am a senior Special Education major from Corinth, MS. Since being at Ole Miss I have been involved as an Orientation Leader, School of Ed Ambassador, member of Chi Omega, Student Activity Association, RebelTHON, Kindness Club and National Society of Leadership and Success. Upon graduating I plan to stay in Mississippi to be a mild/moderate high school Special Education teacher while obtaining my masters degree.

Why did you choose to attend the University of Mississippi?

I chose the University of Mississippi because I have had several family members attend and it was close to home.

What inspired you to pursue a degree at the School of Education?

My mom is a teacher and it is the only thing I have ever thought about being.
