Why did you apply to Principal Corps? What do you expect to gain from this experience?
I applied to Principal Corps because I am ready to grow beyond teaching and coaching and make a greater impact on both students and staff. I've experienced the benefits of strong leadership and positive school culture, and now I want to play a role in creating that environment. Through this program, I hope to build the skills and confidence needed to lead effectively and cultivate meaningful relationships within the school and community. Ultimately, I believe this experience will prepare me to transition into a leadership role and make a lasting difference in my school community.
