What is your major and why did you choose it?

General Business, I chose this major because I wanted to have a background other than science to help prepare me to be a dentist. I hope to own my own practice one day and feel that having a business background will help me succeed.

Why did you decide to pursue this health profession?

I have always been driven to help people and also had a passion for science and felt that this was the perfect combination.

How has HPAO helped you?

Not only have they helped me with the basics of selecting classes and timeline for my educational career, but HPAO has also helped me stay encouraged through the difficult times of this process.

What is your most memorable experience working with HPAO?

My most memorable experience was serving on the executive board for AED and meeting more students with a pre health professional background

What are your career goals?

My career goals are to not only become a dentist but further specialize as a pediatric dentist or orthodontist.

What is your favorite meal in Oxford?

El charro chicken fajitas!

What are you the happiest doing when you are not studying?

I am happiest spending time with friends and shopping.
