What is your major and why did you choose it?

My major is nursing and I choose this when I was really young. I have always wanted to be in the Healthcare world but not sure what part. Still to this day I am not totally sure what type of nurse I want to be or if I want to go back to school to become a doctor. I know that I have always had a heart to help others and being compassionate to those who need it most.

Why did you decide to pursue this health profession?

I have always loved helping people and it takes someone with a kind and compassionate heart to help those in need.

How has HPAO helped you?

HPAO has helped me in more ways than I could every imagine. They have made sure I have had all the requirements I need to achieve my goals. They have helped me improve my resume by getting involved with organizations on campus and in the community.

What is your most memorable experience working with HPAO?

I always love just stopping by and talking to all the people who work in there. I love talking with Neal Ann about any and everything. Many time I have gone in there not to talk about school but just life and she has helped me tremendously.

What are your career goals?

I have always dreamed of becoming a nurse but recently I have been thinking about becoming a general surgeon.

What is your favorite meal in Oxford?

I love Ajax! My go too meal there is either the chicken and dumplings with turnip greens or chicken tenders with turnip greens.

What are you the happiest doing when you are not studying?

Watching sports, outside with the dogs, or hunting !!!!!

Where is your favorite study spot?

The Library or the Graduate Hotel!!!
