Why did you apply to Principal Corps? What do you expect to gain from this experience?

I applied to Principal Corps to grow as a leader through real-world experience and support from a cohort while learning from strong administrators, professors, and peers. I hope to gain practical leadership skills, mentorship, and the confidence to positively impact students, teachers, and school culture.
