    Ryan received his undergraduate degree in Secondary Social Studies Education in 2023. He is currently pursuing his Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. He is also a graduate assistant for the Dean's Office and Graduate Studies Office for the School of Education.

What do you like most about the School of Education?

I really like how many different opportunities are available through the School of Education: undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, GA positions, and opportunities to get involved in various volunteer/community groups.

What advice do you have for prospective graduate students?

I would encourage prospective graduate students to stay focused on their reading assignments and prioritize time management.

What do you hope to do after you graduate?

I would like to become a classroom teacher either here in Mississippi or a nearby state, with the ultimate goal of eventually moving into K-12 administration.
