Why did you apply to Principal Corps? What do you expect to gain from this experience?
I applied to Principal Corps to expand my impact as an instructional leader and support school-wide student success. With over 17 years in education and experience in teaching, technology integration, and district leadership, I am ready to grow into a role where I can lead with purpose and drive meaningful change.
Through this experience, I expect to strengthen my skills in instructional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and school improvement, while learning from mentors and collaborating with other aspiring leaders. My goal is to become a principal who builds strong teacher capacity and ensures all students receive a high-quality, equitable education.
