  • Quick Intro

    Tate Few is from Charleston, South Carolina, and is pursuing a J.D. (2026) and LL.M. in Air and Space Law (2027) at the University of Mississippi. His research focuses on space debris mitigation, including the feasibility of debris salvaging and recycling, as well as medical decision-making for long-duration human spaceflight. He serves as Lead Managing Editor of the Journal of Space Law and the Journal of Drone Law and Policy, leads the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Team, and is active on the executive board of the Air and Space Law Society. Tate holds an M.S. in Aerospace Sciences from the University of North Dakota and a B.A. in Intelligence and National Security from Coastal Carolina University. He is also an analog astronaut and Founder and Executive Director of the Space Debris Foundation. His professional experience includes work in government, industry, and international space law initiatives. Tate is drawn to air and space law because of its rapid development and the opportunity to shape the future of aviation and space activities on a global scale.
