Why did you choose Ole Miss?
I chose Ole Miss because of its strong academic programs, welcoming environment, and ideal location! When I visited campus, what stood out most was how genuine and enthusiastic everyone was—it didn’t feel like I was just another student, but someone truly valued. From the first time I visited Ole Miss it immediately felt like home, which made my decision easy!

Why did you choose our major?
I chose Marketing because I knew I wanted to pursue a career in business while also working in a field that is hands on and people oriented. I’ve always been interested in the social and creative aspects of business, and marketing allows me to engage with both. I also believe that marketing plays a vital role in every organization, making it a versatile skill set that can be applied across a wide range of industries and career paths.

What are your hobbies/interests?
I am interested in the field of International Business, as I enjoy learning about different cultures and how business operates on a global scale. Pairing this interest with my minor in Spanish has allowed me to strengthen my communication skills and better understand diverse perspectives. This summer, I will be studying abroad in Spain, which I’m excited to use as an opportunity to further develop my language skills and gain firsthand international experience. In the future, I hope to combine my Spanish and business knowledge to travel and work in global environments, connecting with people from a variety of backgrounds.

I’m especially interested in opportunities that would allow me to visit locations outside of the United States and see firsthand how businesses adapt their strategies across different cultures and regions, particularly in marketing. I also look forward to using my Spanish to build meaningful connections along the way. However, I’m open to any new opportunities that will help me grow both professionally and globally!
