The University of Mississippi is preparing the next generation of innovators and problem solvers through the Jim and Thomas Duff Center for Science and Technology Innovation’s state-of-the-art, $175 million, 202,000-square-foot facility. It opened in fall 2024. This transformative center will serve as a hub for groundbreaking STEM education, equipping students with the tools and skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

The School of Applied Sciences is leading an ambitious effort to create a world-class kitchen and dining complex at the South Oxford Center that will shape the future of nutrition, hospitality management, and culinary sciences.
