Resources and Downloads
A key priority for Brand Services is to provide our colleagues across the University of Mississippi community with the assets, resources, and guidance needed to deliver a consistent brand experience for all audiences.
The Digital Depot
In 2021, University Marketing & Communications identified a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to serve as the single source for all digital marketing and communications assets. Our goal was to identify a platform that would:
- make assets more readily discoverable,
- improve brand equity and access across campus,
- use staff time more efficiently,
- encourage more collaboration across campaigns, and
- allow for self-service and distinct levels of access.
Since that time, the department created 'The Digital Depot', identified Herman Payton as digital asset manager, and developed a strategy and process by which we can preserve and archive all creative assets.
