  • Willie Price Family Handbook

This handbook was developed to provide information to parents who entrust their child or children to the staff at Willie Price Lab School. Because the children being served are greater in number than would be found in the normal home, certain rules and regulations must be applied. This handbook provides these rules and regulations for families.

Parents need to make sure that their location is turned on through the app
Settings> Privacy> location services and turn it on.

We ask that parents please use the App to communicate with the teachers. Please allow them ample time to respond. Teachers will only respond to messages during rest time or afterschool.

Each authorized pick-up person has a four-digit PIN. Authorized pick-ups will scan the available QR code and put in their individual four-digit PIN. Parents will be emailed their child’s authorized pick-ups’ PINs to share with them. If you need them resent at any time, please contact Mrs. Kaytee at kchazlew@olemiss.edu. Authorized pick-ups do NOT need to download the Procare app.

You will sign your child in and out each day.

When multiple children are carpooling, we will sign out the other children riding with friends on the front tablet. Please make sure the office is aware of these carpool situations.

Please email Mrs. Kaytee at kchazlew@olemiss.edu with the person’s name and phone number (if possible) you want to add to your child’s account. She will send you that person’s PIN when the system re-syncs.
