Laptop Rental Program
Students must sign a rental agreement at pickup. Payments are accepted via MasterCard or Visa only.

Note: A 7% sales tax applies to all rentals.
Rentals must be returned by the due date in good working condition. A Helpdesk staff member will verify the device upon return.
Late Returns: Ensure laptops are returned on or before the due date specified in your agreement to avoid late fees.
Laptop Model: Dell laptops running Windows 11 Pro.
Pre-installed Software:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Respondus Lockdown Browser
- Zoom
- Microsoft Defender
- Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
Customization Options: You can install additional software or connect external devices, such as printers or USB drives, during your rental.
Availability: Rentals are first-come, first-served.
Maintenance: Students are responsible for maintaining the device in good working condition.
Lost or Stolen Devices: Contact the IT Helpdesk immediately to report the issue. Fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
Damaged Laptops: Bring the device to the IT Helpdesk for an assessment. Repair fees may apply.
