This emphasis will be ideal for students interested life at the smallest levels. Study within the areas of MCM will help prepare students for careers in genetics, cellular biology, microbiology, biotechnology entrepreneurship, personalized medicine, and data analysis.

TriBeta is the National Biological Honor Society. This society is particularly for undergrad students and is dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research.

University of Mississippi Minority Association of Successful Scientists will run and extend the mission to diversify the biomedical field by providing unique and focused both scientific and professional development opportunities. ACR also serves as a promotion for the University of Missisisppi Biomolecular Sciences Affinity Groups. ACR is an extension of the Biomolecular Students Association (BSA) within the department of Biomolecular Sciences School of Pharmacy.
