Calloway Bills is a junior at the University of Mississippi, studying Public Policy Leadership, International Studies, Economics, and German. A graduate of Lewisburg High School in Desoto County, Calloway is starting his second year as a CEED Innovation Scholar. His interests lie in regional economic development strategies and advancing Mississippi's position in global markets. In the summer of 2024, as part of the CEED program, Calloway interned with the Mississippi Secretary of State's Office and the Vicksburg-Warren Partnership, gaining valuable experience in business development and regional economic organizations.
