Securely Order Transcripts and Diplomas Online

Current and former Ole Miss students can request official transcripts and diplomas securely online through Parchment. Unofficial transcripts are also accessible through myOleMiss.

Any holds on your account may prevent the release of your transcript or diploma. For questions, email registrar@olemiss.edu.

Ordering Transcripts

Ordering your transcript is easy and can be done in a variety of ways to suit your needs. Whether you require an official transcript for academic or professional purposes, or just want to access your unofficial records, we've got you covered.

Transcript Pick-Up

You can request your official transcript to be held for pick-up, sent electronically, or mailed. For pick-up, an official ID is required. If a third party will pick up your transcript, please notify us in writing beforehand, and the third party must present an ID. When ordering through Parchment, include this information with your request.

Students Who Attended Prior to 1997

If you attended prior to 1997, your official transcript can only be mailed and your unofficial transcript can only be held for pick-up, with an official ID required.

Diploma Information

Congratulations on earning your diploma! As you join a long legacy of accomplished Ole Miss graduates, here’s everything you need to know about degree conferral and receiving your diploma.

Dean’s Offices have 30 days after the official graduation date to confer degrees. If you have special circumstances and need your degree conferred sooner, contact your Dean’s Office to request Early Confirmation.

Transcripts will be updated a few days after conferral to reflect the degree(s) earned.

Diplomas are mailed to your home address as listed in myOleMiss. International Students will be contacted before diploma mailing to verify their preferred mailing address. Delivery of diplomas takes 8 to 10 weeks.

Holds on your account (Bursar, Library, Financial Aid, Career Center Achievement Survey) will prevent the release of both printed and digital diplomas.

Diplomas will display your name as listed on the diploma application, the degree earned, and any Latin honors (Majors, minors, and emphases will be listed on your transcript only.)

For all programs except the Law School, you will also receive a digital diploma. Information regarding your digital diploma will be sent to your UM email when your paper diploma is mailed.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing and delivery once the order is placed. For Law School students, email registrar@olemiss.edu.
