About IREP

The Office of Institutional Research, Effectiveness, and Planning (IREP) serves the University of Mississippi by providing institutional information to meet the decision-making, assessment, evaluation, reporting, accreditation, and planning needs of faculty, staff, academic, and administrative leaders. IREP also leads the institution’s compulsory and voluntary reporting requirements and fulfills data request from institutional stakeholders.

As stewards and reporters of institutional and assessment data, IREP educates stakeholders, facilitates decision-making, and fuels continuous improvement in pursuit of the university mission.

IREP developed a strategic plan including key areas of Data Management, Data Integrity, and Reporting; IREP Operations; Communication; Contributions to Institutional Goals; Collaboration; and Professional Development.

The University of Mississippi Office of Institutional Research, Effectiveness, and Planning has six core values that guide our work.
