Fitness 101 Orientations
Request a FREE fitness 101 orientation from our fitness staff to learn the basics of operating our fitness equipment, navigating our fitness spaces and recreational spaces at one or both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation Center. Learn more about our fitness programs and how to register and participate! From time of submission, please expect up to 48 business hours before receiving a reply or email regarding Fitness 101 Orientation appointment confirmation.

Looking to set up a private group fitness class, small group training, or special event for your group? We can host you at our facilities or we can come to you!
