Food for the Soul
Food for the Soul is a monthly wellness event for Ole Miss faculty and staff, hosted by Red, Blue & Well, Employee Health Services, and the Division of Access, Opportunity & Community Engagement. Held on the third Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Old Athletics Building, the event offers a free, healthy meal and a chance to connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting. Each gathering features brief, meaningful conversations or guest speakers focused on topics like social connection, work-life balance, and overall well-being. Eating Disorder Treatment Team
Eating disorder support for students who are trying to manage an eating disorder or disordered eating is important, in part so that students can be successful in their academics. The University of Mississippi offers eating disorder/disordered eating support thanks to a partnership among Student Health Services, University Counseling Center, and the William Magee Center to help students who are managing their symptoms but need additional support to stay on track.
