  • Come up with academic success plan
  • Consultation regarding note taking, study skills, test prep, test anxiety, etc.
  • Students can fill out a form to request a consultation

Student Success Workshops

  • Weekly, 30-minute workshops to go over time management, organization, study skills, and test prep
  • Many of our past workshops have been recorded and are online for viewing at any time

CSSFYE – First-Year Experience

What is the First-Year Experience?

  • Students in their first semester at the University are able to take EDHE 105 (First Year Experience) or EDHE 305 (Transfer Year Experience) as a 3-hour course.
  • FYE also oversees the Ole Miss Opportunity Scholars Program, the Transfer Leadership Organization, works with Convocation, and with the transition from high school (or a different university/community college) to being a student at the University of Mississippi.
