Student Success Workshops & Student Success Tutoring

Learn about our workshops and tutoring opportunities

Student Success Workshops

We conduct many workshops throughout the school year on themes related to time management, organization, study skills, note-taking, and much more. (We also offer group workshops to student organizations).

Student Success Workshops are a semester-long series open to all Ole Miss Students. Each workshop is designed to teach students how to create their own learning tools. The techniques shown help students reflect on how they learn and practice alternative study techniques for more effective and efficient learning. Students may attend any or all workshops.

Workshops are held on the following topics:

  • Time Management
  • Test Prep Plans
  • Reading Strategies
  • Mapping Strategies
  • Note Taking
