Camera Policy Form

This policy establishes general guidelines for the use of electronic surveillance devices for observations and recordings on the Oxford campus for the purposes of safety and security and the enforcement of university policies and procedures. The policy also defines the limitations of the use of such devices to respect and preserve individual privacy.

Campus Security Authority Incident Report

This form should be utilized by Campus Security Authorities (CSA) to report crimes to UPD as soon as possible after a crime has been reported to the CSA.

UPD is looking to improve the service we provide to our community on campus. Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Request Form

This UAS Request Form must be completed and submitted to UPD for review and approval prior to any UAS operations on university property.
